AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience, specifically in stadium projects within the Mixed-use/Building/Infra sector.

Role Overview

The Landscape Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves significant site coordination and inspection, as well as review and approval of contractor submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and check all landscape shop drawings.
• Approve material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor for construction.
• Provide solutions through sketching and 3D modeling using SketchUp.
• Conduct site coordination and inspections.
• Attend to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, including progress photos, ensuring they are available for inspection as required.
• Prepare Site Instructions (SIs) for identified work deficiencies and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) if necessary, based on project developments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in landscaping is required.
• Professional affiliation or eligibility for membership is preferred.
• A minimum of 9 years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed-use/Building/Infra sector is essential.
• Ability to work independently or lead a small team of professionals in the same discipline.
• Demonstrated capability in creating designs relevant to the Middle East environment.
