Landscaping Lead

About the Role

Aramco Stadium is seeking a Landscaping Lead to ensure all outdoor and indoor areas, including parking, walkways, and exterior spaces, are well-maintained and visually appealing. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, and reports to the Head Groundskeeper. The role involves planning and coordinating all landscaping activities to align with the stadium’s branding and event standards.

Role Purpose and Outcomes

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver an exterior and interior precinct that is safe, immaculately presented, and ready for every event on the calendar. This includes managing plant health, irrigation, pest control, and vendor performance within budget and to the standards expected of a leading international venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate landscaping activities across all exterior and interior areas of the stadium.
• Oversee plantings, seasonal displays, and the maintenance of green spaces.
• Develop and implement a seasonal landscape design plan.
• Ensure appropriate and regular maintenance in line with the event calendar.
• Monitor plant health, irrigation, and pest control measures.
• Ensure the stadium’s exterior and interior presentation aligns with event and sponsor requirements.
• Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards to ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
• Manage third-party landscape vendors and service providers.
• Maintain a landscaping budget and track expenditures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in landscaping management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position at Aramco Stadium in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role involves working within a dynamic environment to maintain high standards for a leading international venue.
