Key Responsibilities

As an Audit Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of audit engagements. This includes defining the audit strategy in collaboration with Senior Managers, Associate Partners, or Partners, and executing it in accordance with Ernst & Young's policies and protocols. You will be expected to personally conduct complex audit procedures when necessary and lead audit teams or specific engagement components, depending on the scale of the assignment. Additionally, you will assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating any issues to project leaders. Participation in business development initiatives is also a key part of this role.
