About the Opportunity

ehtConstruction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking full ownership of construction projects from mobilization through final handover.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. This position requires a capable leader who can balance various project demands in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor construction progress, cost, quality, and safety performance.
• Identify project risks and delays and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage variations, claims, subcontractor payments, and project documentation.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide clear, accurate reports to management.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable Saudi regulations.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be proactive, accountable, and technically capable, demonstrating full ownership of project outcomes. The role requires the ability to manage progress, cost, quality, safety, and client expectations effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Graduates from KFUPM, Jubail Industrial College, and University of Hail are preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, within a demanding construction environment.
