Abyatona Contracting & Development is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead superstructure works on a major PIF project. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will represent the main contractor, overseeing all construction activities from mobilization through completion. This role ensures strict compliance with project requirements, approved schedules, quality standards, safety regulations, and budget targets for the superstructure phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all superstructure activities, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, precast elements, and associated structural works.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain construction plans, baseline schedules, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and PIF project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, resources, procurement, and cash flow.
• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, commercial, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress claims, variations, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Chair progress and coordination meetings and prepare accurate reports for senior management and the client.
• Manage interfaces between structural, architectural, façade, and MEP activities.
• Support testing, inspections, handover, closeout, and defect-resolution activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 12–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven contractor-side experience delivering superstructure works on large-scale or complex building projects.
• Previous experience working on a PIF or PIF-owned company project is required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors.

Skills and Certifications

• PMP or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and industry practices.
