The Role of Project Manager Towers

Kafaat Business Solutions is seeking a Project Manager Towers to lead the successful execution and delivery of residential and commercial high-rise tower projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires proven experience in managing tower construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Effective coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams is central to this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of residential and commercial high-rise tower projects from construction commencement through final handover.
• Oversee all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety performance, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, site inspections, and prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover activities.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing tower construction projects.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in project management.
• Ability to ensure project delivery safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate effectively with diverse project stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
