About the Role

Khalid Ali Alturki & Sons Company (Alturki Holding) is seeking a motivated QHSE Supervisor to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to ensure operations meet high standards in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management. The role involves developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and international standards, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of QHSE programs and identify areas for enhancement.
• Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to employees on QHSE practices, ensuring understanding of roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management that highlight trends and areas needing attention.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate QHSE considerations into all operational aspects and decision-making processes.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in QHSE management to maintain company compliance and competitiveness.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to promote the company's commitment to QHSE excellence.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare the organization for potential incidents.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization, encouraging employee participation and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management, with a preference for experience within the facilities and property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant QHSE management software.
