About the QHSE Supervisor Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Supervisor to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring operations adhere to the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies and procedures that align with local regulations and international standards, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of QHSE programs and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on QHSE practices, ensuring understanding of roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, generating reports for management that highlight trends and areas needing attention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate QHSE considerations into all operational aspects and decision-making processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in QHSE management to maintain company compliance and competitiveness.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and clients, to communicate the company's commitment to QHSE excellence.
  • Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare the organization for potential incidents.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization, encouraging employee participation and feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably within the facilities and property management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective training sessions and workshops.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role requires adherence to established QHSE protocols and engagement with various internal and external stakeholders.
