KBR is seeking a Recruiter to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position for a Saudi National with experience in recruitment.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to issuing offers and tracking progress. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating with department managers, and handling bulk hiring campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate CVs through various channels.
• Identify open positions in close coordination with department managers.
• Create and manage recruitment requisitions.
• Screen CVs against job description requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Issue job offers and verify candidate documents.
• Track and report on recruitment progress for all projects.
• Manage and execute recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years is preferred.
• Must be a Saudi National.

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province.
