The Recruiter Role at KBR Saudi Arabia

KBR Saudi Arabia is actively seeking a Recruiter to join its dedicated team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the company's strategic talent acquisition initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified professionals to meet the evolving needs of KBR's projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate CVs through various channels.
• Identify open positions in close coordination with department managers.
• Create and manage job requisitions.
• Screen candidate CVs to ensure alignment with Job Description (JD) requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with prospective candidates.
• Issue job offers and verify necessary candidate documents.
• Liaise and manage relationships with overseas recruitment agencies.
• Track and report on recruitment progress for projects.
• Demonstrate experience in managing recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field.

Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
