Role Overview

The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients and partners. This role is based in Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jeddah, within the Eastern and Riyadh Regions of Saudi Arabia. The Relationship Manager will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide timely support.
• Ensure a positive client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or value-added solutions.
• Prepare reports and track client satisfaction metrics.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to strategies for client retention and business growth.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.
• Represent Mowafaqa professionally in all client and partner engagements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in relationship management or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of client needs and service delivery.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position. The role requires presence in one of the following cities: Al Khobar, Riyadh, or Jeddah, within the Eastern and Riyadh Regions of Saudi Arabia. The Relationship Manager will work in a dynamic environment that supports professional growth and skill development.
