The Role of Revenue Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across hotels and brands, optimizing pricing strategies and channel performance, and implementing best practices using sector-leading technology. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies effectively.
  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing insights based on reporting data.
  • Develop top-line revenue forecasts and identify opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
  • Drive market share within the competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
  • Leverage knowledge of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks, to optimize hotel profits.
  • Responsible for data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution applications, platforms, and tools used by the hotel.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in revenue management.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute revenue strategies.
  • Experience in managing inventory and collaborating with executive teams on forecasting and pricing.
  • Proficiency in using revenue management and distribution applications and tools.
