NBS Holdings is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on supporting the sales and marketing functions for a major event project.

Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will support the promotion, participation sales, sponsorship outreach, and marketing activities for a significant event project. This role involves identifying potential clients and partners, communicating with participating entities, following up on sales opportunities, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with digital and direct marketing under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, participants, partners, and clients.
• Build and maintain organized prospect and contact databases.
• Contact prospective entities through email, telephone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
• Present participation opportunities, sponsorship packages, and event benefits professionally.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, agreements, and pending decisions.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients and partners.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, correspondence, and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, meetings, and sales status.
• Update sales trackers, pipelines, forecasts, and weekly progress reports.
• Support the achievement of sponsorship, participation, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the finance and project teams regarding quotations, invoices, contracts, and payment follow-up.
• Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital platforms, and direct communication channels.
• Assist in preparing bilingual marketing content, announcements, promotional messages, and campaign materials.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, media teams, and external suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance, inquiries, engagement, and lead generation.
• Respond professionally to participant and client inquiries.
• Support sponsor and exhibitor onboarding after confirmation.
• Ensure that confirmed benefits, logos, content, and marketing materials are collected and delivered on time.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, sponsors, participants, and partners.
• Support on-site sales, marketing, sponsor, and participant requirements during the event.
• Prepare post-campaign and post-event sales and marketing reports.
• Perform additional sales and marketing duties based on project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, sponsorships, events, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and social media tools is preferred.
