Senior Project Manager Major Construction Project

About the Role

MASA ARABIA Contracting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its site-based project team for a major construction project. This full-time position is located in the Eastern region, with potential assignments in Riyadh, Dammam, or Al Khobar. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on delivering major construction projects as a Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with the Client and Consultant.
• Manage project schedule, cost, quality, HSE, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring strong control over schedule, productivity, quality, HSE, and site progress.
• Ensure excellent coordination across Civil, Architectural, and MEP works.
• Lead Technical Office and BIM teams, covering BIM Models, Coordination, Clash Detection, Shop Drawings, RFIs, and As-Built deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience delivering major construction projects with Main Contractors.
• Strong Main Contractor experience in managing major construction works is required; consultancy-only experience is not sufficient.
• Demonstrated experience in projects where BIM is a core delivery requirement.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with previous experience or approval on ROSHN projects within a Main Contractor team.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
