Store Supervisor

About the Role

Samara is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves overseeing and directing daily store operations, including activities, schedules, inventory management, and the distribution of materials and tools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Store Supervisor is to ensure the efficient and accurate management of store inventory and operations. This includes supervising the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining precise records, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt and verification of incoming shipments, ensuring materials are unloaded, stored, and verified in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records according to established procedures.
• Ensure the orderly storage of incoming shipments and maintain detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
• Communicate inventory review results to the manager and collaborate on scheduling future shipments.
• Delegate customer order fulfillment tasks to staff and update the inventory database upon order completion.
• Organize and maintain the inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.
• Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory or similar role within a retail or warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, inventory, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar. The role requires active participation in daily store operations and coordination with a team to achieve operational excellence.
