Store Supervisor

About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a Store Supervisor to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves overseeing and directing daily store operations, including activities, schedules, inventory management, and the distribution of materials and tools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt and verification of incoming shipments, ensuring materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to established policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure orderly storage of incoming shipments and maintain detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
• Communicate results of inventory reviews to the manager and collaborate on scheduling future shipments.
• Delegate the fulfillment of customer orders to staff and update the inventory database upon order completion.
• Organize and maintain the inventory and storage area to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipments and all inventory transactions.
• Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or inventory management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily store operations, inventory, and material distribution.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and implementing established procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily store activities and coordination with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
