Role Overview: Svc Leader-GBA

Halliburton is seeking a Svc Leader-GBA for a full-time position based in Al Qatif and Al Khobar. This role involves coordinating and overseeing GeoBalance Applications operations at both well sites and base camps, providing essential planning and support for field activities. The position emphasizes personnel development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee GeoBalance Applications operations at well sites and base camps under broad direction.
• Provide necessary job planning, including personnel allocation, equipment setup, well site direction, and customer support.
• Communicate with other Product Service Line (PSL) personnel and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability.
• Mentor and train junior personnel in areas of expertise.
• Interact with customers and supervise service completion activities and/or shop personnel to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Contact customers for performance follow-up and to plan future work.
