Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement transportation strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule transportation activities that align with customer requirements.
• Monitor transportation operations to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee driver performance, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Proactively identify and address transportation challenges to ensure seamless operations.
• Evaluate transportation data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Foster relationships with customers to guarantee consistent and reliable transportation services.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on transportation metrics, budget, and performance.
• Manage command center operations, including enhancing existing tracking systems.

• Monitor shipment performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates and order accuracy.
