About the Role

هاليبرتون is seeking a Technical Professional (TU13-ESG-Tech Prof-GBA) for a full-time position. This role involves providing specialized technical support and job design to customers within the global energy industry. The position is based in Al Qatif, Al Jubail, and Al Khobar, and requires 2-5 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area under general supervision.
• Develop and maintain personal relationships with the technical customer base.
• Offer highly technical expert support to Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) and Technical Professional (TP) staff.
• Attend critical jobs where service quality or job complexity may be a concern.
• Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues, including performance review and process improvements.
• Collaborate with local Business Development personnel to ensure customers are informed about current technology.
• Initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI)s related to Technology.
• Serve as a mentor for Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) within a service center.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field is necessary.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer license is required.
• Diversity Training is a prerequisite for this role.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
