About the Role

Eadico is seeking a Well Test Operator to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on the safe and efficient evaluation of oil and gas wells.

Role Overview

The Well Test Operator is responsible for the safe rig-up, operation, and rig-down of surface well testing equipment. This role is critical for evaluating the performance of oil and gas wells and operates under the direct supervision of a Well Test Supervisor or Senior Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down well test equipment, including separators, chokes, sand traps, burners, flowlines, and manifolds, at the wellsite in adherence to company procedures and HSE standards.
• Operate and monitor well test equipment during flow periods, accurately recording pressure, temperature, and flow rate data at specified intervals.
• Assist in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and participate in pre-job safety meetings.
• Monitor well performance and equipment condition, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the Supervisor.
• Maintain equipment in safe working order and assist with routine maintenance and inspections.
• Accurately complete field data sheets and hand over readings to the Supervisor or Engineer.
• Ensure that basic equipment assigned to the crew is complete, properly located, and ready for job execution.
• Adhere to all client (*, Saudi Aramco) and company safety and environmental procedures.
• Assist with restocking wellsite consumables and supplies as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, such as 60x30 or standard rig rotation, in remote desert locations.
• Physically fit and capable of working effectively under pressure in demanding field conditions.

This role involves working in remote desert locations within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The position requires adherence to rotational shift schedules and operating in field conditions that demand physical fitness and resilience.
