About the Role

Maras Real Estate is seeking a creative and practical Social Media and Content Management Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the company's social media presence and developing engaging content that accurately reflects our brand identity and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts across various platforms.
• Develop and execute content plans, including scheduling posts.
• Write compelling and platform-appropriate content.
• Monitor industry trends and propose innovative content ideas relevant to the real estate sector.
• Track content performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate closely with design, photography, and marketing teams to implement content strategies.
• Monitor comments and messages, engaging with the audience in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and the launch of content for new real estate projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in social media account management and content creation.
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and developing content.
• A good understanding of digital marketing principles and content performance analysis.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector or real estate marketing.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong content writing skills and the ability to formulate creative ideas.
• Proficiency with key social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated creativity and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
