Civil Engineer – Real Estate Development Projects

The entity announces its need for a civil engineer located in the Eastern Province with experience in real estate development projects, possessing high efficiency in technical follow-up and quantity surveying, and proficiency in dealing with specialized engineering software.

Job Duties:

• Supervision and technical follow-up of real estate development projects.
• Accurate quantity surveying and preparation of technical tables and reports.
• Using engineering software for surveying, follow-up, and work management.
• Following up on the execution of works according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordination with contractors, engineering offices, and consultants.
• Submitting periodic reports on progress rates and quality of execution.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Practical experience in real estate development projects.
• Proficiency in surveying software and related engineering software.
• Valid driver's license.
