Saudi Biotechnology Manufacturing Company (SAUDIBIO) is a prominent Saudi biopharmaceutical company established in 2010. It specializes in insulin manufacturing and operates a sterile fill and finish facility for biopharmaceutical products.

About the Job Location:
The position is based in Sudair, Saudi Arabia. Working days are from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Position title: Process Mechanical Technician

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues on equipment and machinery.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and document maintenance concerns and resolutions.
  • Support qualification and calibration activities related to process machines.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety practices.
  • Perform machine shop work using various tools.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Manage mechanical spare parts inventory.
  • Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Prepare action plans and status reports as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Associate/diploma in mechanical engineering technology or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in biotechnology and aseptic production maintenance.
