Role Overview: A reputable company located in KSA is seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the IT department. This role involves managing various administrative tasks crucial to the department's success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all IT-related documentation and records.
  • Handle and respond to internal and external emails on behalf of the department.
  • Schedule, organize, and follow up on meetings with third-party vendors and internal teams.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely updates from vendors and internal staff.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of internal IT staff and third-party services.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments or vendors.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, properly archived, and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other official documents.
  • Support the Head of IT and project teams in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT operations and processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
