Senior HRSD Solution Architect

About the Role

TawanTech is seeking a Senior HRSD Solution Architect for a full-time position in Riyad Al Khabra, Al Qassim Province. This senior technology leadership role is responsible for defining, designing, and governing end-to-end Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions across the organization. The architect will lead the technical direction of HRSD platforms, ensuring solutions align with HR business objectives and meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, integration, and maintainability.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to design and govern secure, scalable, integrated, and user-centric HRSD solutions. This involves modernizing HR service delivery, improving employee experience, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting the organization's long-term HR technology strategy. The Senior HRSD Solution Architect will collaborate with HR leadership, process owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, and external partners to transform business requirements into sustainable technology solutions. The role is accountable for establishing the target HRSD architecture, defining solution patterns, evaluating technology options, and designing integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture for HRSD initiatives and major enhancements.
• Define current-state, target-state, and transition architecture for HR service delivery.
• Ensure alignment between HR business strategy, HR processes, enterprise architecture, and technology solutions.
• Lead architecture decisions for ServiceNow HRSD and related HR technology platforms.
• Define integration strategies between HRSD, HRIS, payroll, identity management, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Establish technical standards, reusable architecture patterns, and governance principles.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, highly available, upgradeable, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project and delivery teams.
• Review and approve solution designs, integrations, configurations, and technical implementations.
• Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, AI, and digital transformation within HR service delivery.
• Ensure HRSD solutions minimize unnecessary customization and maximize standard platform capabilities.
• Support strategic technology planning, platform roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Expertise

The position requires a strong combination of HR domain knowledge, ServiceNow HRSD expertise, solution architecture, integration architecture, security, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance while also being sufficiently hands-on to challenge technical designs, resolve complex architectural issues, and guide delivery teams toward high-quality solutions.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyad Al Khabra, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external partners throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
