Modern Trade Key Account Officer

About the Role

SFC is seeking a Modern Trade Key Account Officer to join their team in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on managing key accounts within modern trade channels, ensuring the achievement of sales and collection targets. The position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Modern Trade Key Account Officer is responsible for driving key performance indicators, including volume, visibility, and collection, across assigned accounts. This involves strategic planning, execution of commercial activities, and close collaboration with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve annual and monthly sales targets set by the head office.
• Ensure the execution of all planned activities and contractual agreements (BDAs) for managed accounts.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all financial aspects of the account to maximize return on investment through correct execution of commercial plans and financial policies.
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall sales strategy.
• Meet monthly collection targets from managed accounts, aiming for 100% settlement.
• Plan activities at least 8 weeks in advance, providing all necessary supporting documentation for full programming and reporting.
• Plan appropriate customer service levels, including sales calls, activities, product displays, and logistics, by collaborating closely with different departments.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports, ensuring alignment with company policies and requirements.

Work Location

This position is based in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Al Qatif, Ras Tannurah, Al Khafji, Buqayq, Al Hafuf, Al Mubarraz, Safwa, Sayhat, Tarut, Inak, Darin, and Umm Al Hamam.
