Role Overview

As the Chef de Partie (Butchery), you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, primarily responsible for the precise preparation and handling of all meat and poultry products. This role ensures that all butchery operations adhere to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety, directly supporting the overall culinary excellence of Hyatt Place.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, cut, and portion meat and poultry according to established standards.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all meat products.
• Maintain consistent quality and portion control standards for all butchery items.
• Provide support to the broader kitchen team during daily operations and service periods.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the designated butchery area.
• Ensure the correct use and maintenance of all butchery equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably with a focus on butchery.
• Good knowledge of various meat and poultry preparation techniques.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
