Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, located in Al Ula. This full-time role involves preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the culinary team within a heritage destination that emphasizes sustainability and inclusivity.

Kerten Hospitality is a lifestyle hospitality operator focused on creating bespoke destinations, lodging, experiences, and communities. The company prioritizes sustainability, ESG principles, and local partnerships to build unique, community-centric destinations. Dar Tantora, The House Hotel, is an earth-built property situated in Al Ula’s Old Town, one of Saudi Arabia's heritage sites. This exclusive community includes 30 rooms, two F&B outlets, a cigar lounge, a spa, and retail stores, aiming to provide a low-impact, sustainable heritage eco-sanctuary with workshops and activities highlighting the destination's historical significance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with culinary concepts and standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Adhere to recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the Head Chef.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items to comply with health regulations.
Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring stock rotation (FIFO).
Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in supervising and training Commis Chefs.
Monitor food waste and contribute ideas for sustainable kitchen practices.
Assist with inventory control and daily planning.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie, Executive Chef, or management team.
