Join Al Falak as a Coordinator!
We are seeking a talented Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and consolidate stakeholder inputs for regular presentations and status reports.
  • Monitor and follow-up on streams and task progress against target dates, providing timely status updates.
  • Record and draft clear meeting minutes with actionable items and follow-ups.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including sending invitations and preparing agendas.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance xPgM processes, templates, and tools.
  • Manage and log all incoming and outgoing correspondences and deliverables.
  • Maintain structured shared folders with version control and standardized templates.
  • Ensure documentation meets standards and is readily available.
  • Support accessible archives and records.
  • Identify and implement improvements in document control and administrative practices.

Required Skills:
  • Project Management
  • Advanced Excel: Development and maintenance of tracking tools
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
  • Strong writing, documentation, and formatting skills in Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in managing emails, calendars, and meeting coordination using Microsoft Outlook
  • Good proficiency in scheduling and tracking projects with MS Project

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Residency in Saudi Arabia is required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HSE leadership role, preferably in construction or engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic being an advantage.
  • SCE registration in Health and Safety is preferred.
