About the Role

Hyatt Place is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to support the upcoming opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. This full-time position will play a key role in establishing and maintaining security protocols for the new property.

Property Context

Hyatt Place AlUla is a new development featuring 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. The property is designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers, making comprehensive security a priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and the activities of the security team.
• Assign duties and coordinate shift schedules for security personnel.
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the property.
• Respond to security incidents and provide support during emergency procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and security regulations.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in security operations is required.
• Experience within the hospitality sector or managing security for large facilities is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills.
• Proficiency in safety and security procedures.
• Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula. The role involves working within a dynamic hotel environment, contributing to the safety and security of guests and staff.
