About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a dedicated Group Leader, Security to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves overseeing security operations and personnel to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all security guards on duty to ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures.
• Assign daily duties to security personnel and ensure complete coverage of all security posts.
• Monitor access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles, verifying proper authorization and documentation.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring operations and confirm the proper functioning of all surveillance systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, theft, or accidents, by following established company emergency procedures.
• Prepare detailed daily reports documenting incidents, attendance records, and security observations.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to provide necessary security support.
• Conduct regular inspections of security posts and report any irregularities or breaches observed.
• Train and guide new security personnel to ensure high performance and a thorough understanding of company policies.
• Maintain discipline, proper appearance, and professionalism among the security team.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in security supervision or a related field.
• High School education or equivalent.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires active engagement with the security team and other departments within Al Tuwairqi Group.
