Red Sea Global (RSG) is developing the AMAALA Yacht Club, a premier destination located within the breathtaking Triple Bay Marina on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast. This world-class marina features 120 berths capable of accommodating superyachts up to 130 meters, alongside a vibrant Marina Village that integrates luxury, leisure, and an active urban environment. The AMAALA Yacht Club is committed to sustainability and regenerative tourism, focusing on preserving natural habitats in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, and is set to host the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race in 2027.

The Concierge Role

The Concierge at AMAALA Yacht Club is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized, anticipatory, and discreet experiences for all members and visitors. This full-time role, based in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, blends hospitality excellence with comprehensive local knowledge. The Concierge coordinates bespoke services on land and at sea, maintaining the club’s reputation for seamless luxury service and reflecting Red Sea Global’s commitment to world-class standards and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all members and guests upon arrival, using guest names to create a welcoming first impression.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest requests, reservations, and information regarding club amenities, events, and local attractions, anticipating guest needs for tailored experiences.
• Coordinate personalized itineraries and experiences, including arrangements for dining, transportation, leisure, and entertainment.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities, and relevant local destinations within the AMAALA region.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Support VIP and VVIP arrivals with discretion and a professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences within the CRM system for future visits.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and luxury lifestyle experiences consistent with Red Sea Global’s brand standards.
• Coordinate external vendors, including chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport providers, and local guides, ensuring quality and confidentiality.
• Uphold club policies, privacy standards, and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or yacht club environment.
• Prior experience working with VIP clientele or ultra-luxury brands is preferred.
• Strong local knowledge of the AMAALA or Red Sea region is considered an advantage.

Work Location

This full-time position is located in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within the operational framework of the AMAALA Yacht Club. The role requires presence within a dynamic, high-end service environment dedicated to luxury tourism.
