The Red Sea is emerging as a premier luxury beachside destination along 200 kilometers of coastline on the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The new Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, situated on Shura Island, will serve as a central hub featuring a yacht marina, leisure facilities, retail outlets, and an 18-hole golf course. This destination emphasizes sustainable practices, utilizing renewable energy, and dedicating extensive conservation zones. The resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, alongside six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery center, Kids for All Seasons space, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two distinct beaches for families and adults.

The Role: Housekeeping Attendant – Golf Villas & Resort

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the Golf Villas and Resort guest areas. This role is central to ensuring that every guest experiences a comfortable, welcoming, and luxurious environment through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and golf villas to Four Seasons standards prior to guest arrival and throughout their stay.
• Perform duties such as making beds, replenishing amenities, refreshing linens and towels, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ensure all furnishings and fixtures are spotless and well-presented.
• Maintain public areas and villa surroundings within the Golf Villa community in pristine condition.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete daily assignments efficiently and to the required quality.
• Report any maintenance issues, missing items, or guest preferences to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures each guest’s stay at the Golf Villas and Resort is memorable and comfortable.

Area of Responsibility

This position encompasses housekeeping services throughout the Golf Villas and Resort guest areas. This includes guest rooms, villa interiors, bathrooms, and assigned surrounding areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury resort environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Capability to follow instructions and established housekeeping procedures.
• Basic understanding of guest service standards.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods.
• Possession of a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
