Responsibilities:
  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
  • Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
  • Maintain an orderly and presentable store appearance.
  • Oversee stock and store operations.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of store management experience.
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Knowledge of the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of products offered.

  • Represent Sabbar in meetings, industry events, and market forum discussions to expand brand presence and enterprise awareness.
