  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in the Retail sector. We value the grit, customer-centricity, and problem-solving skills learned on the retail floor.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: A hunger to transition into professional B2B sales and business development.


What you will do: 

  • Drive new enterprise sales across key industries, building lasting partnerships with HR, Operations, and Business leaders.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Run strategic discovery sessions to uncover hiring challenges and craft AI-driven recruitment solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Deliver high-impact demos and presentations that showcase how AI can streamline and scale hiring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained growth.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and reports through HubSpot CRM, focusing on pipeline health and conversion metrics.
  • Represent Sabbar in meetings, industry events, and market forum discussions to expand brand presence and enterprise awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new B2B clients in the heavy transport and logistics sector.

  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Be flexible and open to relocation or travel between Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah based on business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in heavy transport or truck leasing B2B sales.
  • Applicants with experience limited to parcel, small shipment, or courier services will not be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, client management, and proposal preparation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate across cities when required.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
