About the Role

Algihaz Holding, through its Power Business Unit, is seeking a motivated Saudi Engineering Graduate to join the Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Projects team. This full-time role is based in Bishah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, and is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The Graduate Engineer will undergo structured on-the-job training, gaining practical experience in the construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and project management of 132kV and 380kV transmission line projects. The selected candidate will collaborate with experienced engineers, project managers, and site teams to develop essential technical, operational, and leadership skills within the power transmission sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of 132kV and 380kV overhead transmission line projects.
• Support site engineers with activities related to tower foundation, tower erection, conductor stringing, and associated civil works.
• Review engineering drawings, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Participate in site inspections and quality control activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Aid in the preparation of technical reports, daily progress reports, and other engineering documentation.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for transmission line works.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress against project schedules and report any deviations.
• Assist in tracking project materials, equipment, and resource utilization.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure strict compliance with company Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and project safety requirements.
• Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessment activities, promoting safe work practices at project sites.
