Collection Crew Leader

About the Role

Al Qaryan is seeking a Collection Crew Leader to join their team in the Eastern Province, covering cities such as Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Al Jubail, Al-Ahsa, Al Qatif, Ras Tannurah, Buqayq, and Al Khafji. This full-time role involves leading a team through the planning and implementation phases of projects, with a focus on material collection and movement.

Role Purpose

The Collection Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring efficient material collection and transfer from project sites to the yard. This includes strategic planning for resources, maintaining essential documentation, and managing financial aspects related to assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for material collection and movement from project sites to the yard.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and transportation requirements for projects.
• Maintain mandatory documentation detailing project specifics.
• Follow up on both receivables and payables for assigned projects.
• Assist purchasing teams with estimation and planning activities.
• Coordinate loading and delivery operations to the yards.
• Monitor delivery notes for all deliveries from sites to yards.
• Conduct daily inspections of inward material and record project expenses.
• Prepare daily reports for assigned projects.
• Conduct weekly project reviews and update reports with managers as required.
• Develop detailed working plans for assigned project activities.
• Plan and execute projects within budget, proposing effective cost optimization procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in project planning and implementation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and reporting.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 5,625 to SAR 7,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
