Workshop Controller

About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their team in Buqayq. This full-time role involves overseeing workshop operations and ensuring efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute work to workshop technicians based on job cards and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Manage and monitor workshop staff's work utilization, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor workshop technician's efficiency and record key performance indicators.
• Process and print repair invoices after necessary confirmations.
• Coordinate with other departments such as cashier, credit department, and warranty for repair processes.
• Coordinate with the Quality Check section for final vehicle checks before release.
• Monitor workflow and make necessary adjustments.
• Record and analyze timekeeping on job cards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workshop surroundings.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant workshop or automotive service environment. This experience should include managing staff and overseeing repair processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Buqayq. The Workshop Controller will work within a dynamic workshop setting, collaborating with technicians and various internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
