Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and enhance our online sales strategies at مفارش الحبيب. This role involves ensuring an optimal user experience, product clarity, and robust digital performance that drives traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce site including product updates, banners, and user experience enhancements.
    • Ensure the site is optimized for speed, mobile responsiveness, and improved user experience.
    • Coordinate with developers and designers to enhance site functionality.
  • Product Catalog and Promotion:
    • Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, classifications).
    • Work with marketing and content teams to ensure product pages are rich in SEO and focused on increasing conversion rates.
    • Plan homepage and category marketing aligned with seasonal campaigns.
  • Marketing Integration:
    • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO).
    • Support the integration of influencer and user-generated content on the site and in campaigns.
    • Coordinate promotions and discounts with the marketing team.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, average order value, cart abandonment rate).
    • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Salla/Shopify dashboards, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity for performance analysis.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports including insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Marketplace and Multichannel Support:
    • Coordinate with teams handling Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces as applicable.
    • Ensure pricing, descriptions, and branding consistency across platforms.

Qualifications and Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail or home and fashion sectors.
  • Proficiency in content management systems like Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento.
  • Strong knowledge in SEO fundamentals, Google Merchant, Google Analytics, and performance marketing basics.
  • Experience in UX/UI fundamentals, product content strategy, and A/B testing tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills.
