Overview of the Financial Collector / Cashier Position

The Financial Collector / Cashier plays a central role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer payments. This position involves direct interaction with customers regarding payments and requires close coordination with internal finance and operations teams to maintain efficient cash flow and precise record-keeping.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle daily cash transactions and receive payments from customers.
• Issue accurate receipts for all received payments.
• Reconcile cash and electronic payments at the conclusion of each shift.
• Maintain precise financial records and ensure all payment information is updated in the system.
• Prepare basic reports related to collections and cash flow.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and address payment-related inquiries.
• Coordinate effectively with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments.
