About the Operations Manager Role

Luit Foods is seeking a dedicated full-time Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) to oversee assigned stores in Buraydah, Al Qasim. This role involves taking full responsibility for managing store operations to ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong capability in operational leadership within the food and beverage sector.

Core Operational Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for strategic oversight and daily operational excellence across all assigned branches. Key duties include:

• Communicating with Branch Managers to ensure a clear understanding of targets and alignment with business objectives and direction.
• Developing and implementing Branch management plans to ensure expenses remain within budget or as planned.
• Monitoring Branch performance and measuring target achievement against set goals.
• Addressing operational challenges and providing proper direction to increase Branch profits.
• Defining clear daily and monthly sales targets for each assigned Branch.

Strategic Oversight and Performance Improvement

This role requires a proactive approach to market engagement and continuous performance enhancement:

• Communicating, monitoring, and following up on the effective implementation of marketing programs, new product launches, and public relations initiatives.
• Reviewing daily sales data, analyzing sales trends, identifying Branches with negative sales gaps, and collaborating with Branch Managers to develop corrective action plans.
• Monitoring and maintaining the highest level of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (**** standards to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Development

A key aspect of this position involves fostering a strong and capable management team:

• Developing manpower plans specifically at the Branch Manager level.
• Recruiting and selecting qualified Branch Managers based on Branch needs.
• Ensuring all team members are well trained and have passed all required training processes.
• Coaching and developing the leadership skills of Branch Managers, ensuring they can apply knowledge and skills to enhance business performance.

Customer Engagement and Brand Building

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in cultivating strong customer relationships and enhancing brand presence:

• Handling customer complaints effectively and ensuring all issues or problems are completely solved.
• Establishing a robust customer relationship network to build the Luit Foods brand, create awareness, and foster customer loyalty within the located area.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates for this Operations Manager position should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an operations management role, with significant experience within the last 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of a valid KSA Driving License is mandatory.
