The Role of Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Buraydah, Al Qasim. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience who will be instrumental in facilitating project execution, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring project activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, management, and stakeholders.
Track action items, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of all project activities.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate precise progress reports for management review.
Utilize project management software and Microsoft Office tools to structure, update, and manage project schedules.
Coordinate and provide assistance for SAP project implementation, alignment, and ongoing tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a Project Coordinator or Project Management Officer (PMO) role.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting practices.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and various project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to follow up with stakeholders, track action items, and ensure timely project activity completion.
Experience with SAP projects is preferred.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. The successful candidate must be based in Buraydah, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia, as the role requires a local presence.
