Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Badhrah Investment Company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Buraydah, Al Qassim. This full-time role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, focusing on hands-on talent sourcing and assessment. The specialist will work independently to deliver against recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned job requisitions from end-to-end, ensuring agreed time-to-fill and quality standards are met.
• Draft job descriptions and selection criteria in both Arabic and English based on defined requirements.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, recruitment agency databases, networking, and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct competency-based interviews, assess candidates, and prepare shortlists with written profiles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, collect internal feedback, and manage the offer and negotiation stage through to acceptance and start date.
• Verify references and qualifications, and follow up on onboarding and the agreed guarantee period.
• Maintain accuracy and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), producing weekly reports on open roles and performance indicators.
• Track Saudi labor-market trends and salary benchmarks, providing reliable advice to candidates and the internal team.
• Comply with Saudi Labour Law, Qiwa platform requirements, and data-confidentiality policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or search firm is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully closing mid- to senior-level roles across multiple sectors.
• Working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, the Qiwa platform, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.

This is a full-time position based in Buraydah, Al Qassim, requiring an individual who can work independently and effectively manage recruitment processes.
