Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Autobia is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the company's team building efforts. This full-time role, based in Dhahran, Eastern region, is critical for supporting Autobia's growth, including expansion into new cities, operational enhancements, and the introduction of new payment and financing products. The specialist will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Role Context and Impact

This position involves overseeing end-to-end hiring across various departments, including engineering, product, operations and logistics, procurement, sales, customer success, marketing, finance and accounting, and HR. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a trusted partner to department leaders, providing guidance on role definitions, market availability, and compensation, while maintaining quality standards. The role also includes managing recruitment systems, such as interview scorecards, hiring playbooks, and recruitment metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for a diverse range of roles, from specialist positions to senior and leadership hires.
• Collaborate with department leaders on workforce planning and advise hiring managers on role definition, talent market availability, compensation benchmarks, and candidate selection.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, direct search, referrals, and talent communities, building pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, including fintech and technology profiles.
• Design and implement structured interview processes, scorecards, and assessment frameworks, and guide recruiters and hiring managers in their application.
• Lead offer negotiation and closing, and oversee pre-boarding activities until the new hire's first day.
• Own recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Build scalable recruitment processes, playbooks, and ATS workflows, and manage agencies and job platforms for cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
• Work with the Branding & Communications team on employer-brand and hiring content, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across various organizational levels and functions.
• Experience in sourcing for specialized roles, particularly in technology and fintech, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and process optimization.

Work Environment

The role is based in Dhahran and involves working across Autobia's offices in the Kingdom's major cities. The successful candidate will join a team focused on hiring individuals who contribute to decision-making and operational improvements across various departments.
