Join our team as a Warehouse Keeper!
Siara Middle East Trading Company is looking for an experienced warehouse keeper to join the team at our branch in the city of Buraidah.

Job Description:
- Receiving incoming materials and goods to the warehouse.
- Organizing and storing goods, equipment, and other materials.
- Dispensing materials to the relevant parties.
- Participating in inventory counting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that materials conform to the specifications mentioned in purchase orders.
  • Organizing and arranging goods in their correct places.
  • Preparing and dispensing materials according to approved dispensing vouchers.
  • Identifying needs for goods upon stock arrival.
  • Participating in inventory counting and matching results with bookkeeping records.

Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, General Biology, or Chemistry.
- Work experience of at least two years.
- Preferably holding a preliminary certificate in logistics and transport (CILT).
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Advanced skills in organizing warehouses and monitoring.

Additional Information:
- Working hours: Morning.
- Location: Al-Qassim, Buraidah.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors and the head office finance team during audits and reviews.
