Responsibilities

• Receive clients and identify their real estate needs.
• Market, sell, and lease available properties and units.
• Follow up with clients and sales opportunities until deals are closed.
• Conduct daily communications and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Coordinate property visits and viewings.
• Update client and property databases.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the office's business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Residency in Dammam or the Eastern Region.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Active, organized, and proactive personality.
• Ability to build good relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in using computers, communication tools, and office applications.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or marketing is preferred.
• Seriousness, commitment, and a desire for professional development and income growth.
• Knowledge of the Aqar platform.
