Role Overview: Consultant Luxury Tech Dyson

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Consultant Luxury Tech Dyson to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and providing expert product consultation for premium technology brands, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty.
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or surpass their expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their individual needs.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve established line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out targets at the store level and participate in achieving incentives.
• Generate daily sales reports and track post-launch sales at the store level.
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store comply with brand guidelines.
• Manage in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves/counters at designated times.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock order form and ensure stock receipt according to set procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in an assisted sales or service-led environment.
• Previous experience working with or within a premium technology brand.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions that address problems or challenge conventional approaches.
• Readiness to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer-facing and sales skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to diverse customer needs.
• A confident and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in providing in-depth, bespoke consultations to answer all customer inquiries.
