The Role: Consultant Luxury Tech Dyson

Chalhoub Group is seeking a full-time Consultant Luxury Tech Dyson in Dammam, Eastern region. This role focuses on delivering high-standard guest experiences and achieving sales targets for premium technology products, specifically Dyson. The Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product expertise, and ensuring operational standards within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or surpass expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their individual needs.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out targets at the store level and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives.
• Track post-launch sales performance at the store level.
• Ensure merchandising levels in the store adhere to brand guidelines.
• Ensure in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves/counters at designated times.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock order form.
• Ensure stock receipt follows established procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in an assisted sales or service-led environment.
• Prior experience working with or within a premium technology brand.
• Demonstrated ability to create solutions that address problems or challenge conventional approaches.
• Readiness to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer-facing and sales skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to customer needs.
• A confident and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to provide in-depth, bespoke consultations to answer customer questions comprehensively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within a retail environment focused on luxury technology products. The role requires direct interaction with customers and adherence to brand and operational standards.
