Role Purpose and Client Engagement

The Specialist will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with both company policies and relevant regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present personal finance products to potential clients in a professional and informative manner.
• Manage the end-to-end financing process, from initial application submission through to the final fund disbursement.
• Follow up diligently with clients to ensure the timely submission of all required documents and information for processing.
• Achieve established monthly and annual financing targets as set by the management team.
• Ensure the successful collection of the first installment and maintain meticulous accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key achievements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and noting challenges encountered.
• Comply strictly with all company regulations, policies, and operational procedures.
• Organize and archive client files and related documents to ensure proper record-keeping and data accessibility.

Qualifications and Experience
