About the Role

Aljomaih Energy & Water is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role is responsible for driving, managing, and delivering both external and internal communications. The primary objective is to develop effective communications that ensure all stakeholders comprehend and are aware of the company's corporate strategy, business objectives, brand identity, thought leadership, value proposition, corporate social responsibility, partnerships, employee engagement, and organizational changes.

The Corporate Communications Manager will work independently while collaborating with business leaders and internal functional leads. This collaboration ensures strategic and operational alignment across all communication aspects, aiming to amplify and elevate AEW’s business and presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated communications program across the company.
• Drive, support, and advise on internal and external communications, including planning, media relations, agency management, speaking opportunities, events, sponsorships, and marketing partnerships.
• Provide communications support for business mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Manage communications channels selection, media monitoring, budgeting, expenditure, and report management.

Internal Communications Focus

• Implement a regional employee communications plan to strengthen AEW’s culture and engagement through clear, purposeful content.
• Support management and leaders in identifying needs and strategies for internal communications, including crisis communications, business transformation, and organizational change management.
• Develop internal communications with clear, concise, consistent, timely, and effective messaging for employees.
• Draft scripts, speeches, correspondences, and presentation materials.
• Plan and implement appropriate delivery channels and feedback mechanisms (*, virtual, digital, Townhalls, video production, social media platforms, email, newsletters, events).
• Assist in cascading and disseminating internal communication from Aljomaih Holding Company to ensure strategic alignment, consistent messaging, and brand compliance.
• Serve as a responsive, quality-focused, and trusted partner for internal stakeholders.

External Communications Focus

• Manage and support the execution of external communications, including public relations, social and media relations, executive thought leadership, customer and business partnerships, and crisis communications.
• Ensure alignment with AEW’s strategic direction across all external channels for consistent messaging and positive brand positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance market positioning and garner local and regional media attention.
• Support management in identifying needs and strategies for external communications, including speaking opportunities, interviews, social media profiling, events, and sponsorships.
• Plan for industry/event speaking engagements, liaise with organizers, and prepare relevant drafts and background information.
• Develop external communications focused on clear, concise, consistent, and effective messages, interviews, and presentation materials.
• Work with appointed PR agencies to lead news distribution, establish media relationships, create thought leadership strategies, and manage content creation.
• Provide media training for business leaders and industry spokespeople.
• Build and strengthen a personal network of regional and national media contacts.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to leverage and amplify customer communications and stories.
• Monitor key trends and industry issues for timely interaction and adaptation in social media.
• Ensure employee awareness and adherence to social media and external communication policies.
• Assist in supporting brand activation events and CSR initiatives, including stakeholder mapping and strategic partnerships.
• Provide communications support and integration for potential business mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership projects.
• Proactively participate in communications or cross-functional projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in corporate communications.
• Proven end-to-end management experience in communications, spanning planning, execution, and delivery. Previous experience in an agency with account management is preferred.
• Experience in communications involving more than one influencer type, including media, bloggers, analysts, government officials, and employees.
• Excellent portfolio of media relations and a professional network with a proven record in maintaining close public and media relations.
• Understanding of the energy market and industry trends is preferred.
